About TReGA Church

Our Brief History

The Redemption Glory Assembly (TReGA) was inaugurated on Sunday November 27, 2005 with a clear divine mandate of actualizing the essence (reason) of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

His death and subsequent resurrection is a manifestation of victory over the enemy’s “last card” – death.

Our mandate is to enforce VICTORY upon every sphere of life where God’s people are currently experiencing defeat. Manifestation of defeat in a man is when the man operates below God’s divine expectation.

Our world is full of wickedness orchestrated against man by the devil to get back at God. He capitalizes on the carelessness and often times ignorance of man to afflict and cause pain to him. We are seeking to help man regain his hegemony as the prime creature of God.

Vision & Mission Statement

Our outreach and ministry platforms

Members are encouraged to identify and deploy their divine gifts and talents. The various outreach and ministry platforms are as follows:

  • Media: Quarterly Newsletter – This is to enhance general information dissemination to fast track the growth and development of Alagbado.
  • Education Intervention:  The Unit focuses on the education needs of adult and youths within the community. It will help as many that could not access both formal and informal education. We hope that this will help create a more informed and involved population. Specifically, it will also run a skill acquisition and Vocational centre, a counseling center for prospective undergraduates, a pre-Jamb and pre-waec preparation centre and others that may be required.
  • Social Rescue: This Unit devises a framework that will reach out and rehabilitate victims of drug addiction, alcoholism, prostitution and other social vices. The target is to make them productive citizens and contributors to the society. The Unit will also provide requisite counseling to victims of relationship abuse helping them to overcome the pains of abuse and social re-integration. The unit oversees hospital and rehabilitation centres (Prison visitation/ministration).
  • Joyful Parenthood: This unit supervises healthy parenting. It works out strategies that will care for and support widows, orphans, single parents and stressed family units. The goal is to help in the process of healing and restoration.
  • Community Impact: This unit relates with various youth associations and design strategies for positive engagements. Interactive avenues like sporting competitions will be explored. The unit will also positively engage CDAs, police and other relevant organizations.
